Install 4.5.0b with SQL Server 2000

I am tryng to install SugarCRM OS in the following: -

Small Business Server 2003
SQL Server 2000
PHP 5.0.3
IIS 6.0
SugarCRM OS 4.5.0b for Microsoft

I am getting the followng error: -

Creating Sugar configuration file (config.php)
?
Creating Sugar application tables, audit tables, and relationship metadata...

Creating the database crm on localhost...done
Creating the Database username and password...done
relationships... relationship meta ... done
acl_roles... relationship meta ... done
acl_actions... relationship meta ... done
leads... audit table / relationship meta ... SQL Error :

Could someone please help,, I have been working on this for days and cannot figure out what is going wrong here, have followd all instructions (even as per Wiki) and cannot get this install to complete.

Is there any message logged in an Apache error log or a SugarCRM log?

Hi Thanks for the reply, I am not using apache I am using IIS, and nothing in the sugarcrm.log, any suggestions?
