Install issues

Community 5.2.0j.
The modifications made,

First, everything installed to a virtualbox machine.
custom records added to opportunities. google route, and Process Manager module from www.sierracrm.com added. added the relationship I mentioned. and save my customizations to a .zip file using Studio.

Then, made a fresh install in a linux pc, installed the same modules Installed my fields customization from zip file. I saw there, that my relationship was not imported at all. so I transferred my first custom/modules/contacts/ext to the pc and rebuilt.

Nothing yet.

So, I hand created again the relationship.

Tried several rebuilds, and several things, but always touching "custom", but don't find the way to rollback.
Would like to find the cause of the problem instead of making a whole new installation.
