install screen comes up instead

I just installed the latest version of SugarCRM 5.2.0e CE over the previous version, (5.1.0? CE), I ran the MySQL upgrade script manually, and the version number matches the database.

But now when I attempt to run the repair script in Admin it goes to an install screen. What step did I miss? Is there some new parameter missing/

I think you mean to upgrade from 5.1.0 to sugar 5.2.0e.
You should use the SugarCE Upgrade 5.1.0 to 5.2.0e.zip on this page http://www.sugarforge.org/frs/?group_id=6
