Installation Blank Page

Hello,

I hope any of you can help me.

I am trying to install SugarCRM on a hosted server. I am able to go through every step on the installation (even the connection to the DB), but when I press "install" in the last stage, I just receive a Blank Page withouy any message.

Then, when I go to the index in order to access sugarcrm, I recieve the message:
Unable to retrieve system settings Query Failed:SELECT category, name, value FROM config::MySQL error 1146: Table 'uv0424_sanalfonsocrm.config' doesn't exist

Any cues?

Sounds as if the database has not been created ...

Have you read the installation requirements ?
What is your environment ... version of PHP, database, webserver and operating system

Hi,

I think your installation was not successful.

Check whether with the username and password of database you have rights to create new database and tables or not.
