Installation error?

Please help! I have just completed a new install of SugarCRM however when I go to the address (connect.iqglobal.co.uk) all i get is the copyright footer? How can I resolve this?

Thanks for the response.... I have completed the permissions as per the document but still receive the problem... any suggestions?
