    Default Installation Help! - Step 2: System Check Acceptance

    I am new to Sugarcrm and already have trouble installing it. During step 2 of the installation process I get the red error on component line 2 which says "Not Available". It does not specifiy there what component it is. Attached is a screen shot. Can anyone please help?
