Installation problem language pack

Dear all,

I am a newbie to sugar. I installed the latest verion without a problem. I want to install the dutch language pack and got the error

Warning: copy(/var/www/vhosts/mydomain.nl/subdomains/crm/httpdocs/./manifest.php) [function.copy]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /var/www/vhosts/mydomain.nl/subdomains/crm/httpdocs/modules/Administration/UpgradeWizard_commit.php on line 239
Could not copy file /var/www/vhosts/mydomain.nl/subdomains/crm/httpdocs/cache/upload/upgrades/temp/awpKoY/./manifest.php to /var/www/vhosts/mydomain.nl/subdomains/crm/httpdocs/./manifest.php

Can any one tell me what is wrong?

You must to run this command as root:

Suposing the user related to your web service is the www:

chown -R www.www /var/www/vhosts/mydomain.nl/subdomains/crm/httpdocs/

Do you mean that I have to change the owner of the httpdocs to root? If not witch folder do I have to change the owner from?

Hello ,

im new to sugarCRM, i have Version 5.0.0e (Build 3276) installed.

Im trying tot install a dutch language pack from MadCap version 5.0.0e but i get an error.

Could not copy file /var/www/vhosts/****/subdomains/crm/httpdocs/cache/upload/upgrades/temp/Nr8lrq/./manifest.php to /var/www/vhosts/****/subdomains/crm/httpdocs/./manifest.php

Does anyone have an idea to fix this ?
