Please help!
I am using SuSe 9.3 with Apache and MySQL.
I am following the installation document for Sugar 4.01 which is the only one available on the Sugarforge.org website.

Whenever I enter my http://localhost/srv/www/EtiSugarCrm...SugarSuiteFull url into by Mozilla browser I receive the following error.

Access forbidden!
You don't have permission to access the requested object. It is either read-protected or not readable by the server.
If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.
Error 403

I unzipped the SugarCRM4.2.1b.zip file into my /srv/www/EtiSugarCrm.com/htdocs folder. This created a subfolder structure underneath. I renamed the first folder /SugarSuiteFull.
I used the SuSe 9.3 Yast tool and Super Mode Konqueror to ensure that all of the folders have rwx permissions. I am logged into the server as Root.
What am I missing here?
I do not understand why the install script will not execute int the browser.
Please help me!
I have told everyone here at my company how great SugarCRM is but now I have egg on my face because I can't get it to even install so that we can use and test it.
Please help me!
Is there something special about SuSe 9.3 that I need to know?
I am not a linux expert but am willing to listen and learn.
