Installation stopped

I could not install last Suger CRM version (4.2). After creating databe sucessfully I tried to run the installation procedure. The process stopped at Setp 6 because string problems with certain files. What can I do to resolvre this?

I tried to run the installation again but unsucessfully. There is a security that prevents in doing so. Screen says: "The installer has already been run once. As a safety measure, it has been disabled from running a second time. If you are absolutely sure you want to run it again, please go to your config.php file and locate (or add) a variable called 'installer_locked' and set it to 'false'. The line should look like this:

'installer_locked' => false,

I need t locate the .php file to do it, could you please let me know where to find it?

Delete the config.php that resides in your sugarcrm root directory. That will allow you to start the install from scratch.

Deleting config.php allowed me to restart the instalation procedure. However installation stopped at Step 6 and this is the information on screen.
