I'm trying to install the Excel plugin for version 5.2.0. The install process completes without any error messages, but the SugarCRM drop-down menu doesn't appear unless the logged in user has full admin rights to the machine. Our users don't have admin rights to their machines (company policy for good reason).

The Excalibur add-in appears in the Excel add-in list (as a COM add-in) for the admin user (who does see the SugarCRM drop-down menu in Excel) and the standard user (who does not). If I try to manually add Excalibur.dll.manifest as an add-in as a standard user, I get the message <path>\Excalibur.dll.manifest is not a valid Office Add-In.

Unfortunately, changing the admin rights policy is not an option.

I'm running Windows 7, Excel 2007 and SugarCRM Professional 5.2.0.

Any ideas anyone?
