Installing Modules

Hi Folks

A newbie here

I am trying to install some modules but each time I try I get the following error message, can someone advise me as to where I am going wrong please?

Warning: chmod() [function.chmod]: Permission denied in /homepages/xx/dxxxxxxxxxx/htdocs/crm/include/utils/sugar_file_utils.php on line 196
Specified directory '' for zip file 'cache/upload/Max.2.0.0.3.9b.zip' extraction does not exist.

According to me, you can face a problem of permission on the server of sugarcrm. for solving your problem you have to click here. i think this may help you.
