Installing/Running Zucker Reports

Hello,

I am just starting development on Sugar 4.2 Professional. I have just added the Zucker Reports module and whenever I run a report I receive the following errors:

When I attempt to run a report I get the following errors

PDF format
Warning: file_get_contents(modules/ZuckerReports/archive//061220_104611_opportunities.pdf): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/sugar45dev/public_html/modules/ZuckerReports/ReportOnDemand.php on line 197
ERROR: can't save file to cache/upload/d8b421ec-cc21-845f-67a4-45895a3a006f


HMTL format
The requested URL /modules/ZuckerReports/archive//061220_101433_opportunities.pdf was not found on this server.


Can anyone please lead me in the right direction.

I'm having the same issue on SugarCRM CE 5.0 and ZuckerReports 1.8

anyone solved it. Seem that there've been a couple of people reporting this, but the trail just went cold with no replies.

I am having difficulty getting ZuckerReports working properly as well. After installing version 1.8, I got nummerous errors. There were numerous errors when trying to use it as well. I uninstalled it and now get the following message at the top of every screen in SugarCRM:

Notice: Undefined index: ZuckerReports in /var/www/html/sugarcrm/themes/Sugar/header.php on line 572

Any ideas on what is causing this Notice?

Does there exist a detailed explanation on how to properly install ZuckerReports with examples?

I am trying to install Zucker on SugarCE 5.2.0. When I go to upload the module, it works for a bit, then goes back to a stop state. I do not see the module in the top or bottom module loader.

I would think that I would just need to edit the php.ini file, which currently has the following values:

max_execution_time = 60
post_max_size = 8M
upload_max_filesize = 40M

Any suggestions?

Yes, you have to edit the file php.ini with ..........

max_execution_time = 6000
post_max_size = 50M
upload_max_filesize = 200M
max_input_time = 10000

then restart all services, after it

now login in SugarCRM using admin account
→ go to admin menu
→ go to system settings (under system)
→ change under 'advanced' the max upload size to 50000000 (=50M) and save

Hello,

I've got the same error: ...can't save ... to upload/cache.

Installation of zucker report succesed after changing
manifest.php and all range parameters (sugar 5.2.0a).

But there must be bugs in the saving methods and perhaps in the jaspa routines too.
If I want to create a simple List with sugar I get a "Error 500" Server message.
The same problem occours when I try to start the archived Report.

Does anyone can help or describe how to fix or change the code?
