Installing still not finished

I am new to sugarcrm and this forum. I tried to install with the stack installer for windows with apache.mysql and php. Since one hour now I have the message "Initializing database, this may take a few minutes". But nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong. Nice if anyone could help me.
