Installing Sugar CRM 4.5.1b - Next button is not active

I am trying to install the Sugar CRM Microsoft Full 4.5.1b on my computer using PHP and MS SQL (I have Windows XP). I have done all the necessary configurations for PHP 5.2.1 and MS SQL based on the instructions given by the Sugar Install Guide and I am able to open the setup wizard using the web browser. After I clicked the Start button in setup wizard, it is taking me into the Licence agreement page and then I ticked the I agree check box. However, the Next button is not active and I cannot move forward. Could you please provide me with any solutions?

In the second step of installation check if there any error (Displayed in Red), if yes remove those and rerun the installer.
