Integer Based dropdown

Hi,

I have a dropdown I use for Months, I have it set up as 01 => Jan, 02=> Feb etc... It is easier to deal with the values 1->12 in teh DB for calulations I am doing. Problem is now that if nothing is selected for teh dropdown hte record appears as a 0 in the list view but it appear as blank in the detail & Edit views.

How is this happening? I though that all views use the same labels?

You should make your dropdown mandatory.
Or - if you really want to have a null value define a default dropdown line
"00" -> "-"
or so.
Then SugarCRM should show you the "-" in all views.

Thanks for the reply, I guess a - will do. I can;t mak eit mandatory because it will not allpy to all Accounts.
