integration with DotProject

Hello;

We are preparing our project , Its title is management of projects. We use like platform SugarCRM and we like integrate DotProject into SugarCRM . We observed that they have some commun table like contact. We want related them.
What tools are able to do this task? where we find the manipulation of database in SugarCRM? How we can modify it?

it is better to use webservices (soap) for integration these tools.

As i know there is no already developed solutions for integration.
