My sales force works out of their homes. Is there a simple phone product I can buy them that will interact with sugar, call dialing, call tracking etc.?

I can't use a PBX since they are remote.

Any ideas or suggestions are welcome.

PS, they don't use Skype, these are real land lines or Vonage.
