I apologise for how simple this help request is, but this has been driving me crazy for months now and I can't find documentation that sheds light on the matter.
Our computer that is hosting SugarCRM is running the program just fine and is filled with data. The 2 (two) other computers on the network used to be able to access this data until one day both could not. No settings re networking where changed on any of the 3 (three) computers where changed. It just stopped working simultaneously . Now whenever one tries to access http://10.168.0.20/sugarcrm/index.php (the host's ip address) the browser (after a long loading time) simply says:
The connection was reset
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.
* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.
* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
As previously stated, this issue has persisted for months. So any help would be appreciated from how I should have phrased the search if the solution already exists on this board or an actual solution to the problem.
