Hi folks. We just went live with our Sugar Professional install and have run into an interesting problem regarding archiving emails. While using Sugar's outlook toolbar to archive emails, it seems that they are not only being archivied in the Contact or Account module (wherever the user selected the email to be archived) but it is also showing up in the Cases module as well. Always with the subject of [CASE%1]. This also seems to be the case with group email accounts that we are monitoring through the email module. This is with Sugar versio 4.5.0h (Build 1239).
