Is it possible to intergrate our current SQL application?

For instance.

for all of customers.
Can we have the Sugar CRM software query our "Production" database to get all of the customers?

Also for those current customers. there sales history and there contacts.

No but a program called Jitterbit can work just about any data source to transfer to and from SugarCRM. I have done several projects using jitterbit to provide the sync processes . http://www.jitterbit.com

How do you connect to the Surgar Database?
i cannot get the jitter software to connect to it.

how did you manage the UIDs?
i wanted the DB to update hourly and i am having issues with the generation of UIDs. evertime it runs it creates another uid and duplicated the record.
