Internal 500 Error

Hi All,

Just installed and started to use SugarCRM. Created a couple of leads etc fine, then decided to start an email campaign. Message said to configure the mail settings as no email was set up to deal with bounce handling, which I did - clicked on save..... nothing happened until a Internal 500 Error message. I can't now log onto the front end at all.

Any ideas would be gratefully received!

Hi Mark

Have a look at the error log of your web server.
Hopefully you will find some error message regarding such issue.
