I'm not sure if this is a sugar issue but I thought I'd ask here anyway to see if anyone has come across this issue/bug...
I recently upgraded a clients sugar CRM from 5.2.0l to 6.1.1
It all works fine, except for this weird bug... the company uses an internal IP to access their server where the sugar instance is installed... Now when they access sugar via their internal address, the email fields while editing a contact or account etc is not there... and when you save the contact the email field becomes empty and saves it as an empty field (overwriting the existing email)... now this bug is only in Firefox and Chrome... IE8 works fine... Now it's not a javascript enabled issue because if they access their sugar instance via the external web address... the fields are there and they all work fine in all browsers.
So the issue is:
Internal Address - email fields are not displaying in Firefox and Chrome.
External Address - Everything works fine in all browsers.
Anyone know what the issue might be?
