When I go to backup SugarCRM, I fill in "Directory" and "Filename".

When clicking on "Confirm Settings" I get Internal Server Error.
I have reinstalled SugarCRM OpenSource thinking that I something was wrong...but no progress.

Running on RedHat Enterprise 3, PHP Version 4.4.1, MySQL 4.1.18,
Apache 1.3.34.
