internal server error 500

Hello,
yesterday I´ve installed a module and first everything was fine.

Then I´ve created some fields in the studio. When I deleted one of them and clicked to another link. I´ve got an internal server error.
Where could be the problem?

When I execute the index.php over the terminal, I got these errors:

In the logfiles I got this:

In the sugarcrm.log ist this:
