Internal Server Error when clicking on Email tab

Hi Fellow SugarCRMers,

I get an internal server error whenever I click on the email tab module in my SugarCRM.

Have tried replacing .htaccess file and removing it but to no avail.

I'm running SugarCRM version 5.0.0 k on Unix server.

Any assistance to this will be greatly appreciated.

I have a feeling that the answer may be in the platform which is unsupported (Unix) ... see the supported platforms for 5.0 here

Thanks. It works when the PHP version was roll back from 5.2.11 to 5.1.6.

It must be the SugarCRM version 5.0.0h is not supported by it.

How do we usually transition the system (i.e update the files) for these PHP version upgrades?

I use 5.0

I have the same issue about the email module that returns an internal server error.
I updated the PHP version from 5.2.6 to 5.2.11 and the error occur.

Is there a way to solve this problem without rolling back the PHP version 5.2.6?

i have hosting from www.hostexcellence .com and i have domain name www.mefosa.com include free application sugracrm and i have problem config.php - nternal server error


This Error is found in each instance of the SugarCRM: ( Warning: The config.php file needs to be repaired. Please use the Rebuild Config File script in the Repair page in the Admin area to repair the config file. ) and the an internal server error appears in the mail tab.
