"Internal Sever Error" when sending mail in Email Module

Hi,

i m using Version 5.2.0k of sugarcrm and i m facing one interesting problem in that.
Whenever i send a mail through Email module i m getting this error:


I m getting a email perfectly but dont know y this error is coming.
is this permission issues ??? and from where is alert box is coming ??

pls help me to solve this issue..

Perhaps you can post your outgoing and incoming email settings,
only a small error popup is a hard challenge.

This is an Apache error ... or IIS ... you may find clues by looking in your server error logs

and i check my email setting. i dont know what is wrong.. in that........
Emails are going perfectly but i m getting this error

The actual error may be further up the logfile. What's in the half a dozen or so lines before:

In this post it said to change the permission of temp folder.. But which temp folder i have to change the permission.. ??? where temp folder is located ?? i need path of that temp folder

any one pls help me

Hi akkimca and salesagility,

I'm still having the same problem with my email module. I've tried deleting and replacing the .htaccess file but still to no avail. Already going out of my mind with this. Did you manage to make this work?

hi........
in my case, this error is coming due to permission issue. when i change permission to 755 this error gone

just use " web developer" tool in firefox and view java script file and find if any java script file giving u "access denied" error.
if yes dn change the permission to dt location and file..

all d best
