We are looking for a module or feature that allows for internal support requests.
This would be for internal IT customers only and should be separate from our external customer cases.
It needs to allow an internal user to request hardware/software/telephone upgrades, installs and repairs.
It needs to allow IT manager to approve and delegate tasks.
It should allow team manager to approve request (this is not 100% needed).
It should allow user to see the state of their requests.
It should allow users to enter feedback on the request.
Does anyone know of a plugin for sugarCRM professional that will allow this?
