Is seems there are some incompatibilities with SugarCRM created in iexplorer Ver 9.
If you edit an account then the email address field does not seem to show in iexplorer V9
Has anyone else noticed this?
Cheers

For you SugarCRM site, turn on compatibility mode and the problem will be resolved.
The email addresses aren't actually gone, but their linkage has been deleted. In order to get the email addresses back, you'll either have to manually enter them or find them in the 'email_addr_bean_rel' table of your Sugar's database and change the 'deleted' field from 1 to 0.
Of course you'll need to know the object's ID to find it, as the modification dates are not affected when the "deletion" happens.
Here's another thread on the problem which has a solution that puts your users into Compatibility Mode -- if you're able to modify the server's files.
I think some of the Firefox version was not compatible. That's why it doesn't work well for some Firefox user.
