Invalid Notifications

Hello,

My contract manager is receiving invalid notification emails from Sugar to her Outlook account. She receives a link and when attempting to access the error appears:

The address is not valid

Most likely causes:
•There might be a typing error in the address.
•If you clicked on a link, it may be out of date.

What you can try:
Retype the address.

Go back to the previous page.

Most likely cause: the server cannot be reached from the outside world, at least not by using the address provided (maybe you guys use a VPN tunnel or something the like). Check the address that is sent out and make sure it's correct. If not check the settings in your config.php, there is the path that Sugar uses.
