Invalid Value: Probability (%)

Hello Sugar Wizards,

While trying to create a new opportunity a couple of days ago, filling out the relevant fields as normal. Upon clicking save under the "Probability" field I get this error in red "Invalid Value: Probability (%)" - Meaning we cannot create any new Opportunities. The Probability field is auto filled when selecting the specific sales stage (eg, 10, 15, 25, 50 etc). Everything was working fine until a couple of days ago, and the only thing I can think of that has changed is:

A: I created a custom (Text) field in Opportunities
B: Installed a module (Custom Charts) - This module was also installed on another instance of Sugar (Version 5.5) and Probability field works fine..

A similar thing happened when setting up a mail account, Selecting "Bounce Handling" in the mail type came up with a similar error, as this was a one off thing I fixed it by manually inputting into the mySQL DB.

For now I have removed the probability field from the create view and we can create Opportunities as normal, however our Clients are not a fan of this as they like to see the probability %.

I have attached a screen shot if this is not clear.

Thank you for your speedy response, really appreciate it!! I have done that both for the opportunities module and all modules..

Everything appeared to be good.. well I didn't see an error message!!

Alas no avail!! Is there any thing else in that little black play book of yours?
