If we use the sugar campaign module to send campaigns, are there risks that our domain will get blacklisted for SPAM? It will use my smtp server to send as far as I can tell in the email setup, so if it gets tagged as SPAM, then couldn't my company domain get blacklisted?

Besides having an incredibly clunky design is there any other reason NOT to use the Sugar Campaign module instead of paying for an external newsletter service?
