Issue when converting leads into accounts

I just tried converting a lead to an account in Sugar. I've tried on a couple different versions and have always had an issue. At first i thought it was just an issue when I convert on that particular version, but now it's apparent it's not.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 47185920 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 86 bytes) in /home2/xxxx/public_html/xxxxx/SugarCE-Full-5.0.0f/include/utils/activity_utils.php on line 79

I get a similar error when I try and make a backup and other functions and was wondering if you know what that might mean?

Any help would be appreciated. Also, is there anyway I can change the fields that come up in the convert module? I would really like to edit the fields in that part. Basically I would like to make sure my custom fields transfer to my custom fields in the accounts. I made sure to name them the same, but it still doesn't seem to work with a good majority of the fields.

For the error message, take a look at your PHP.INI file and it should contain a setting named: memory_limit.

Set that to something like 64M, save your changes and restart your web server.

thanks for the help. I made the changes and will let you know when i convert a lead next.
Also, how do i modify the fields that show in the "convert screen"
