    Default Issues with 5.5

Last week I laid my ignorance out for all to see asking about 5.5 ORC and Salesagility kindly pointed out that I should really be on 5.2. By the time I got to load that version, all I could get was the 5.5 because it had been released and 5.2 was nowhere to be seen. I have since seen comments on other threads the it is probably too early to upgrade, but that doesn't help much when you're a new user.
In any case I installed 5.5 and it seems to be going OK for a fairly basic user with the exception of a couple of areas, and I would appreciate comments.
Firstly, I have generated an account list in the Accounts module, and set the display columns as required One of the columns is the email address, and the results for this field is a big zero, despite almost all accounts having data in that field. Can't see anything I'm doing wrong to get this field listed.
Secondly, if I want to print that listing, it only prints the first page (the listing I produced had 473 accounts, 20 per page). I have tried with all the accounts checked and unchecked with the same result. I have even tried going to the second page but the print icon produces nothing, not even the preview or the dialog box as it does on the first page.
Am I doing something wrong or is this part of the risk of using a new version? If it is the latter, how do I find 5.2 to download? I'm an administrator, not a programmer, so can really only make changes using Studio.
    TIA
    Steve

If you want to basic reports like account lists, you should install zuckerreports from the sugarforge. the range of reports it enables you to produce ranges from the simple to the very complex.

However there is a learning curve and complex reports are best done by people who knit their own muesli

jUST ONE CAVEAT - Another of the dangers of upgrading too fast is that the release for 5.5 may not be available yet.
