Default Issues reporting on values in a custom drop-down

We have created a "drop down" in Studio to categorize Cases. We use them like tags in Flickr.
My folks are selecting one or more tags per Case via my custom "drop down". I need to be able to count the number of times a given tag is used.
If someone tags a Case with just one tag, I can create that report no problem. The issue is that if someone chooses more than one tag, the report combines the tags into a unique tag. For example:

Case is tagged with "tag1", "tag2" and "tag3". It doesn't count each tag once. It counts the tag "tag1,tag2,tag3" as one tag!!!! My pie chart has lots and lots tiny slices and very little useful information.

Any help you can offer is appreciated!

    Thanks,
    Amber

4.5.1 Patch F seems to be your solution. Look at Bug 12129 on page http://www.sugarcrm.com/docs/Release....5.1f.2.6.html

    Cheers!
