When

- I go to the login page: of my sugar crm 6.03 or 6.1
- I go to lost password
- I enter the loging: and Email:
- I get the following by email:

Here is your account username and temporary password:

Username : ******* (that is a good surname)

Password : $contact_user_user_hash


http://*****/index.php


After you log in using the above password, you may be required to reset the password to one of your own choice.

Instead of "$contact_user_user_hash " I should be getting a password.

How can I fix that issue?
