Issues with Windows 7 (create Meetings)

Hello everybody,
one of our customer has a strange problem: she can create entries in custom modules and other standard modules, but she is not able to create a simple meeting.

Instead of saving, or at least showing an error, she'll be forwarded to the ListView again.

She uses Firefox (current Version) or IE 8 and experiences the same problems. Eliminated location too (she took her laptop home and - although not having problems on her personal computer - was not able to create said meetings on her business one.

I even tried to replicate the setup but to no avail. Has anybody experienced similar issues? maybe with Windows 7 security settings or Toolbars or anything?

PS.: She's the superuser that signs off on our work, that's why I'm a little concerned!

Are you able to reproduce this issue logged in with other users or only when logged in with her user?
What is your sugarcrm version?
Follow my tips here and check if there is any error message on clicking Save button.

Which sugarcrm version do you use?
In 6.1.0 was a bug preventing the saving of meetings.

I could not replicate the issue. I used her login with multiple different Browsers and Operating Systems and I was able to save it with every one of em (Firefox MacOD/XP/Win7, Firefox IE 8 XP/Win7).
I'll ask her to try with her colleagues login on the computer in question and see what happens.

Interesting... We wanted to try an upgrade anyway - maybe that fixes it!

I am using Win7, and when I visit internal SugarCRM to edit/add contacts/accounts, the Email will be displayed as "Primary Opted Out Invalid", could anybody tell me what's happen? if I do it from anohter PC/Laptop which is not using Windows7, it's ok..
