    Default It's not possible to get always Send Error!!!

    Dear staff,
    i bought and snmp service not to have ploblem in sending email.
    The service works fine with a lot of software (outlook,sendblaster.....) but at all with sugar.
    I always get as Status Send Error. Please help me.
