Jasper/Zucker Reports Report Link

I have searched for 2 days on this problem. I have Zucker Reports 1.7_corrected installed and have created a jasper report using IReport. Installed the report and run the report with no issue. When I go to download the report, regardless of format (pdf,xls), it wont display the file. The file is in /cache/upload/ that seems to be the record id with no file extention. Also there is another file created in ZuckerReports/archive/ with the actual file name and ext. What am I doing wrong ... it seems like the link should point directly to the file rather than the cache/upload? This is becoming a real problem, without the linking working correctly these reports are useless. Any help or advise or even a point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, I have not found out what caused it. It seemed to resolve itself when we moved our install to another server. Both servers we exactly the same so I was never able to really tell what the issue was.
