Hopefully someone can help me. I have installed com_sugarcases from here. Everything seems to work, but....... here it comes.

In sugar I have created several (test) cases. In joomla , when I log in (this can only happen with the portal user created in the Joomla configuration ) I cannot see any case. It should show at least three cases.

In other posts I have seen the probable cause. In Sugar CE I should create a user or a contact (??) and link it to the account it belongs to. The "PORTAL NAME" should be the same as in Joomla. Well... in Sugar, there is no field (also not in the database) called "PORTAL NAME".

You can understand I am stuck here. The only thing I want is to create a portal where our customers (few) can create / view / edit cases in Sugar. Should not be that hard, but it is.

I hope someone had the guts to do the same as I did and can help me. It would be appreciated.
