Default jt3 table error when viewing an account

When I view an account I get:
Error running count query for Account List: Query Failed SELECT count(*) c FROM accounts where ( jt3.parent_id= '213e7c20-1b1f-8e2e-c8c8-48c931c746e6' AND jt3.deleted=0) AND accounts.deleted=0 )::MySQL error 1054: Unknown column 'jt3.parent_id' in 'where clause'

I don't even see a jt3 table in my database! What's going on here?

    Hi tubaman

jt3 is an automatically generated alias for a table which is linked to accounts table.
There are some customization in the Advanced Search or other metadata which are trying to create a reference to some table not properly related to accounts.

    Which version are you using?
    Did you perform any customization?

    Cheers

I started using 5.0 and upgraded to 5.1. I had this same problem in 5.0 I just never got around to asking about it. I have added some fields using Studio.

Should I just start over with 5.1 and re-add all my cutomizations?

    Hi tubaman

Through Studio you can Export all customization, so you can do this and install the downloaded package in a clean 5.1 version.
