Jump menus in add field crash module builder

I am having an issue with my module builder crashing when I select an option other than the default Text Field in "Field Type". When I move off it and go to a different option, then go back to Text Field in the same session, it crashes and says "Failed to retrieve data".

Any ideas if this is pointing to a bigger issue? Or is this just a bug?
