Hey all,
Thanks to everyone in the forum so far with their support in solving past problems.
Right now I am just dealing with a couple usability problems.
First I have email set up for all the employees within sugar. I have it to check inbound as often as possible, but the only way that new messages seem to show up in the inbox is if someone clicks 'check for new messages' Is there a way to just have the new messages automatically dump into the inbox every time it checks the server for inbound messages?
Second, I would like to check the Alerts template. Where can I find those?
Third. All of the employees are getting invite emails with no problem, but no Reminder emails are being sent. Also is there a way to do Reminder SMS?
