Since today is my first day, I don't believe I have access to the support portal yet, nor can I submit a case. I'm really trying to try Sugar out so I know whether it's for me. I logged into my assigned link and poked around. When I went to set up the email, it just kept spinning and spinning. I closed the browser, and now cannot even get into my portal at all. I cannot even log in.
Any way to fix this? Otherwise, who can I contact in the interim?
