Key and Value Field Population

I have created a customer field that is a drop down field.
I have gone to the "drop down" field editor.
I have added a few records.
I have 180 records to add.
Is there a bulk way to load these records into the Key and Value fields?

I thought this information might have been stored in the sugarcrm database.
I see it now in custom/include/language/en_us.lang.php
