Lang file does not work 100%

I just installed the Sugarcrm and swedish langfile. But i dont get the the swedish Å,Ä,Ö to work. What do i need to change? Please need help.!?:

Version of SugarCRM and which langpack?

sugarcrm 4.5.1 lang 4.2 swedish 0.1

You probably need to convert the files from iso-8859-1 to utf-8.
In *nix you can do this by issuing the command iconv
