Langauge Packs and Module Loader

Hello,

I am terribly sorry if this question has been asked many time but I am new to Sugar and could not find an answer for my Q.

I am trying to install a language but I couldn't. I googled around and found out that I need something like a Module Loader. I could find where is it and how to download. I am sure I will also need help installing it.

Please help me in this issue.

I guess I am really new

I did not know where to find the module loader but now I found it in the Admin section. I am finding my way out. Thank you
