Last viewed records function not available, Return to list not working properly

Hi,

I have some issues with my Sugar portal: I have lost the last viewed records below the module navbar

It happened few days ago after my Wampserver crashed and since then, the last viewed items are listed as 'none'. I don't know how to solve this, can you help me?

Also, I can no longer use the 'Return to list' button after a search into a module. Basically, this button enables us to come back to the results of the last search but since the crash, when I click this button, I am coming back on the module homepage with the full record list (like when we clear the search fields). I think this might be linked to the previous issue.


Any idea about the source of those problems?

I would check to make sure that your tracker settings are enabled. Inside of the Sugar Admin, this is required for the Last Viewed Bar.

Hi,

I found the source of my problem. The tracker table in the database was crashed. I repaired it and it solved my issues.

How can a table possibly crash? Is it common? What can I do to reduce the risks of a table/DB crash?

Hi Guyom

A database table can be crashed by several reasons, one of them may be: the database manager gets terminated when the table was being accessed.
It is not a common issue, unless either your wampserver or database server gets terminated suddenly.
