Layout Error after Upgrade

Sugar Version: 4.5
Sugar Edition: SugarSuite
OS: Redhat EL 4

I just upgraded SugarCRM from 4.2.1 to 4.5GA using the tool provided in the Administration Panel. The install went fine but afterwards it appears the the theme "Sugar" now no longer works. Has anyone else experienced this? How can I go about fixing the theme?

When you say 'No Longer works', what exactly does that mean. Does it error out? Is it blank? Does it not exist?
