Layout Problem: Editing Entry Layout for Leads

Dear Fellow SugarCRMers,

Can anyone kindly give me advise on the problem. I have removed some redundant fields for LEADS as I want to keep it very simple and clean. However, after i have "saved and published", the input layout when creating new leads remains the same.

To test further, I keyed in data to the fields that i have removed at "studio" but appeared in the input layout. When I check this new lead, the fields displayed do not have this data and reflect correctly as i have edited at the 'studio"...seems like there is a inconsistency at the input screen and the actual fields...

have anyone encountered the same problem? I hope it is not the way things is suppose to work and it is me missing a step or did something wrong. Can anyone help me.

My version is Version 4.5.1e Sugar Open Source.

Sorry guys, i should have checked the history for other similar problem solutions. I found the solution already, thanks!
