Layout in studio - humble question.

01. Went into "Admin>Studio>Leads>Fields" and added a couple of fields.
02. Went into layouts and placed the fields into Edit View, Detailed View, List View, and Search.
03. The fields work fine everywhere...except:

In creating/editing a target list my fields don't show up in lead select (or contacts for that matter). How
can I make the system do this? As our lead and contact lists will be long under a variety of custom field
criteria, this feature is critical for marketing management.

i also can not get custom fields to show up in the list views. and if I can it develops a query error

i got this fixed when I recursively fixed permissions, but still on cases, it does not work.
